Work on products that ship
We build real software for real clients. EdTech platforms serving a million students, AI tools processing 1,000 documents a month, enterprise systems replacing spreadsheet chaos. You won't spend a year on something that never launches.
Flexible, remote-friendly setup
We work asynchronously across time zones. No mandatory 9-to-5 clock-watching. Results matter more than presence. If you do your best work at 10pm or 6am, we won't get in the way.
Direct access to the founder
This is a 4–8 person studio. You'll work directly with Vishnu, Ebin and the wider team, no middle managers, no tickets that disappear into a backlog. Decisions get made fast and you'll be part of making them.
AI-first working environment
We build AI products and we use AI to build. You'll work with modern tooling LLMs, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, automated pipelines and you'll have the freedom to bring better tools to the table.

Every project here is something you can talk about. We sign case studies with clients where we can, and we build products complex enough to make a strong impression in your next interview - if you ever leave.

How We Hire
We keep the process short. We're not running candidates through six rounds of interviews and a personality test. We want to understand how you think, see how you work, and make sure we're a good fit for each other, quickly.

02. Intro Call (30 min)
If your application stands out, we'll schedule a short call with Vishnu or a senior team member. No trick questions. We'll talk about your experience, what you're looking for, and what we're building. This goes both ways.
03. Practical Task
A short task relevant to the role. Typically 2–4 hours. We don't do unpaid work tests. The task is designed to show how you approach a real problem, not how well you can perform in a high-pressure exercise.
04. Final Conversation & Offer
A second call to walk through your task, answer any questions you have about the team, the work, and the compensation. If we're aligned, we move fast. No ghost timelines.
